SUS304

Characteristics: As one of the most widely used steel, it has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low temperature strength and mechanical properties. Stamping, bending and other hot processing good, no heat treatment hardening phenomenon (non-magnetic, use temperature -196℃~800℃)

Application: Mainly used in household appliances, tableware, kitchenware, water heater, boiler, food machinery and so on.

SUS304J1

Characteristics: Cu should be added, and its formability, especially wire drawing and aging crack resistance are good, and complex shape products can be formed. Its corrosion resistance is the same as 304 steel.

Application: Mainly used in thermos bottle, kitchen sink, pot, pot, insulated lunch box, door handle, textile processing machine, etc.

304L/SUS304L

Characteristics: As a low-C 304 steel, in the general state, its corrosion resistance is similar to 304 steel, but after welding or stress relief, its grain boundary corrosion resistance is excellent. In the absence of heat treatment, it can also maintain good corrosion resistance, generally used below 400 (non-magnetic, use temperature -196℃~800℃).

Application: Used in chemical, coal, petroleum industry field open air machine, building materials, heat resistant parts and heat treatment of difficult parts.

SUS321

Features: Ti element is added to 304 steel to prevent grain boundary corrosion. Suitable for use at 430℃~900℃ temperature

Uses: Mainly used in medical equipment, building materials, chemistry, agriculture, ship parts, atomic energy industry, aircraft, exhaust pipes, boiler drum auto parts (windshield wipers, mufflers, molding products).

SUS316

Characteristics: Mo should be added, so its corrosion resistance, atmospheric corrosion resistance and high temperature strength is particularly good, can be used under harsh conditions. Excellent work hardening (non-magnetic)

Uses: Mainly used in seawater equipment, chemicals, dyes, papermaking. Oxalic acid, fertilizer and other production equipment; Food industry, coastal facilities, ropes, CD rods, bolts, nuts.

316L/SUS316L

Characteristics: As the low C series of 316 steel, in addition to having the same characteristics as 316 steel, its resistance to grain boundary corrosion is excellent.

Use :316 steel use, against grain boundary corrosion fear of special requirements of the product.

309S/SUS309s

Features :23Cr-13Ni high alloy steel stainless steel, excellent corrosion resistance and strength, use: suitable for the working temperature of 1000℃ parts: exhaust machine, heat treatment furnace and heat switch

SUS310S

Features: With good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, because of a higher percentage of chromium and nickel,310S has much better creep strength, can continue to operate at high temperatures, with good high temperature resistance.

Application: Mainly used in boiler, exhaust machine, heat treatment furnace and heat exchanger.
