The galvanizing method of flowless galvanized sheet is produced by cold plating process. Cold galvanizing refers to the formation of a zinc layer on the surface of the steel, but it does not require high temperature treatment like hot dip galvanizing. Differences between cold plating and hot plating

Compared with hot-dip galvanizing, the advantage of cold galvanizing is that the mechanical properties of the steel can be retained, while hot-dip galvanizing will cause deformation and damage to the steel under the zinc layer. At the same time, cold galvanized can also improve the surface hardness, reduce the coefficient of friction, enhance wear resistance, so that it can better adapt to the mechanical processing and use of environmental requirements.
