HARDOX wear-resistant steel plates are divided into :HARDOX wear-resistant 400, HARDOX wear-resistant 450, HARDOX wear-resistant 500, HARDOX wear-resistant 550, HARDOX wear-resistant 600 and HARDOX wear-resistant HiTuf.

Purpose:

HARDOX400 imported Swedish wear-resistant steel can be used in the manufacture of buckets, loaders, dump trucks, crushers, powder separators, chutes and various wear-resistant lining plates.

HARDOX450 Uses: dump truck body, vibration screen, hopper, bucket, blade, bucket, scraper conveyer, gear and so on.

The HARDOX 500 is a bendable and weldable wear plate that can be used in applications where wear resistance is more demanding. The typical hardness of the HARDOX 500 steel plate is 500 HBW, which makes it able to withstand severe wear. It is ideal for working in high-wear environments, such as high-strength ores and corrosive materials.

HARDOX 550 is a wear-resistant steel plate with an average hardness of 550HBW, and its toughness is the same as HARDOX 500, which is used in high-wear applications. It is mainly aimed at users and manufacturers using high manganese steel castings or wear-resistant steel plates with Brinell hardness of 500. When upgraded from the HARDOX 500 steel plate to this product, the Brinell hardness is increased by 50 units, extending the wear life without losing the toughness of the steel plate.

HARDOX 600 is the hardest wear resistant steel in the world with a hardness of 600 HBW. It is generally used in extremely severe wear situations, and is mainly used to replace cast steel, chromium alloy cast iron and surface hardened metals. Despite its high hardness, we are able to machine, weld and cut it. Although HARDOX has a very high hardness of up to 600, it still has a fairly high impact toughness.
