Use of wear-resistant plate:

1) Thermal power plant: medium speed coal mill barrel liner plate, fan impeller nest shell, dust collector inlet flue, ash pipe, bucket turbine liner plate, separator connecting pipe, coal crusher liner plate, coal hopper and crusher liner plate, burner burner, coal hopper and funnel liner plate, air preheater bracket protection tile, separator guide blade. The above parts do not have too high requirements for the hardness and wear strength of the wear-resistant steel plate, and can be made of NM360/400 with a thickness of 6-10mm.

2) Coal yard: feed trough and funnel liner, hopper liner, fan blade, pusher bottom plate, cyclone dust collector, coke guide liner, ball mill liner, drill stabilizer, spiral feeder bell and base, kneading machine bucket liner, ring feeder, dump truck bottom plate. The working environment of the coal farm is harsh, which has certain requirements for the corrosion resistance and wear strength of the wear-resistant steel plate. It is recommended to use the wear-resistant steel plate of NM400/450 HARDOX400 thickness 8-26mm.

3) Cement plant: chute liner, end bushing, cyclone dust collector, powder separator blade and guide blade, fan blade and liner, recovery bucket liner, screw conveyor bottom plate, pipe assembly, frit cooling disc liner, conveyor groove liner. These parts also need wear-resistant steel with better wear resistance and corrosion resistance, which can be made of NM360/400 HARDOX400 with a thickness of 8-30mmd.

4) Loading machinery: unloading mill chain plate, hopper liner plate, grab blade plate, automatic dump truck dump plate, dump truck body. This requires a wear-resistant steel plate with extremely high wear strength and hardness, and it is recommended to use a wear-resistant steel plate made of NM500 HARDOX450/500 with a thickness of 25-45MM.

5) Mining machinery: ore, stone crusher liner, blade, conveyor liner, baffle. These parts require very high wear resistance and can be made of NM450/500 HARDOX450/500 wear-resistant steel with a thickness of 10-30mm.

6) Construction machinery: cement pusher tooth plate, concrete mixing floor, mixer lining board, dust collector lining board, brickmaking machine mold board. NM360/400 thickness 10-30mm wear-resistant steel plate is recommended.

7) Construction machinery: loader, bulldozer, excavator bucket plate, side blade plate, bucket bottom plate, blade, rotary drilling rig drill pipe. This type of machinery requires particularly strong and extremely high wear resistance of wear-resistant steel plates, available for NM500 HARDOX500/550/600 thickness of 20-60mm high-strength wear-resistant steel plates.

8) Metallurgical machinery: iron ore sintering machine, conveyor elbow, iron ore sintering machine liner board, scraper liner board. Because this kind of machinery needs high temperature resistance, strong hardness wear-resistant steel plate. Therefore, it is recommended to use HARDOX600HARDOXHiTuf series wear-resistant steel plates.

9) wear-resistant steel plate can also be used in sand mill barrel, blade, various freight yard, dock machinery parts, bearing structure, railway wheel structure, roll and so on.
